Katheryn Winnick

Katheryn Katheryn Suzy SuzyKatheryn Winnick is a Canadian actress, producer and director. Winnick was the star of the critically-acclaimed Emmy-winning television series Vikings created by MGM, The History Channel, and won a number of accolades. As well as her principal character on Vikings, the first episode helmed by Winnick began airing in 2020. Entertainment Weekly said that "Lagertha" was the "most thrilling female character on TV." Apart from being awarded the Women's Image Network Award in 2018, for Best Actress on A TV Series, she has been recognized for a number of additional prestigious awards like the Critic's Choice Award for 2017's Best Supporting Actress as well as the Canadian Screen Award in 2014 to be awarded for best performance of a leading Dramatic Actress. Apart from these impressive nods Katheryn has been awarded Serendipity's Award of Excellence at the Banff World Media Festival in 2015. Katheryn was chosen to serve as a member of the jury in the 2019 Cannes Series Festival.
