Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played a range of characters in films, TV as well as the stage. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. She first came to recognition playing twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love on the soap-opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the 1990s, she gained more fame with her roles in the films Donnie Brasco (1997), Volcano (1997) and I Know What You Did last Summer (1997). The actress has also been seen in the action-comedy film Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the comedy-action film Wag the Dog (1997), the drama thriller film Return to Paradise (2000) as well as the political satirical film Wag the Dog (2007). Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney June 6, 1953) is an American actor from America. Her most well-known role is Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica TV series from 1978 to 1979. She is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was only a few years old when she began her acting career. She acted in her first film at the age of four for T is for Tumbleweed. The film, which was a short one subject, was nominated for an academy award. She learned how to run the company from her mother on the set. Lockhart has even appeared on several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory was her debut film in the year 1972. At age 18 she played her mother Joan Crawford in 1972 television show The Sixth Sense. This was her last role as an actor. Anne was reported to have turned down Laurie Strode (John Carpenter's 1978 Halloween-themed thriller) and Jaime Lee Curtis took the role. Carpenter claims that she was interested but she turned it down. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or suggesting the role. There is a chance that an agent declined the role on her behalf without telling her. The initial decision was for the part by Glen Larson who sent her a very preliminary script for the role on the 1978 television series Battlestar Galactica. The role was initially rejected since the character wasn't robust. Glen then wrote her a stronger part with Sheba. She accepted the Living Legend's script after having read its first 25 pages. The show ran for just one season. She co-starred with Desi Arnaz Jr. (son of Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball) Melanie Griffith and Robert Carradine in the movie Joyride (1977) and also co-starred with Michael Moriarty in the horror film The Dark Tower (1987).
